Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains which information Aural collects through the site, why it is processed, and how you can exercise your rights. The text is aligned with the current forms, email flows, and actual behaviour of the website.
1. Who controls your information
The controller of the information collected through aural.rs is the public-facing brand Aural, reachable at kontakt@aural.rs, by phone at +381 60 16 08 886, and at Vladimira Popovića 50, Belgrade.
If you have a question about privacy, access to information, correction, deletion, or any related right, you can contact us through those details.
2. What we collect
The site currently collects information that you choose to share through forms and direct communication.
- Applications for individual work, sound healing, and related service formats may include your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp, selected service, a short motivation note, approximate timing, online or in-person preference, how you heard about Aural, and other information you choose to enter into the form.
- Astrology-related and certain process-oriented formats may also require birth date, birth time, and birth place, but only where those details are relevant to the selected service.
- Private group sound healing enquiries may also include the number of participants and a short note about the group or occasion.
- Gift voucher requests may include your full name, email address, phone number, the name of the intended recipient, voucher type, preferred service or value, a message, and an approximate delivery date.
- Company and event enquiries may include your full name, email address, phone number, company or organisation name, enquiry type, approximate number of participants, location, time period, and a short outline of your needs.
- Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address in order to send occasional Aural updates.
- With your consent for analytics cookies, the site may also process limited visit and usage information through Google Analytics 4, such as visited pages, basic browser or device information, and interactions with content. This processing remains inactive unless you enable the analytics cookie category.
3. Why we use the information
- to respond to your enquiry, application, or gift voucher request
- to organise the next step, timing proposal, follow-up, or related communication
- to send confirmation emails, acknowledgement emails, or other related transactional messages
- to add your email address to the Aural newsletter list only where you have made that choice
- to keep a reasonable internal record of incoming enquiries and applications for communication continuity, service quality, and the protection of legitimate business interests
- with your consent for analytics cookies, to understand visits, usage patterns, and aggregated trends so we can measure and improve the website and user experience
4. Legal basis
When you send us an application, enquiry, or voucher request, the information is processed because it is necessary to respond to your request and to take steps before any further service arrangement may be discussed.
When you sign up for the newsletter, or when you explicitly choose newsletter communication through another form, the processing of your email address is based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
If you enable analytics cookies, the processing related to Google Analytics 4 is based on your consent for that cookie category. That processing remains inactive unless you enable the relevant category and can later be changed through cookie preferences.
Some processing may also be based on Aural's legitimate interest, where proportionate, for internal records, website and communication-flow protection, and communication continuity.
5. Processors and service providers
Aural does not sell your information and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where necessary for a relevant purpose, information may be processed through trusted service providers acting on Aural's behalf, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
Aural currently uses Brevo for transactional email delivery and newsletter management. This means that the information needed for those email flows may be processed through Brevo to the extent required to deliver confirmations, follow-up messages, and newsletter communications.
With your consent for analytics cookies, Aural also uses Google Analytics 4 as a separate analytics service provider in order to understand website visits, usage patterns, and aggregated trends. This processing remains limited to analytics purposes and does not activate unless you enable the relevant cookie category.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to competent authorities.
6. Retention
We do not keep information longer than is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided.
- application, enquiry, and voucher-related information is kept for as long as needed to process and follow up on the relevant request, and then for a reasonable period for internal records, communication continuity, and the protection of legitimate business interests
- newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless longer retention is needed to demonstrate consent or comply with legal obligations
Where analytics is enabled, related Google Analytics 4 data may also depend on Google's service configuration and browser behaviour, so this policy does not state a longer fixed analytics retention period that cannot be safely confirmed from the site implementation alone.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to your information, rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information, erasure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority if you believe your information is not being handled lawfully.
8. Security and reasonable use of forms
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we receive against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or unauthorised alteration. At the same time, no form of internet communication is entirely risk-free.
Please do not submit information through the forms that is not necessary for the nature of the specific enquiry, application, or service.
9. Changes to this privacy policy
Aural may update this policy from time to time so it remains aligned with the evolution of the site, communication flows, and legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page together with its latest update date.
