Sending an application, enquiry, or gift voucher request through the site does not by itself confirm an appointment, collaboration, purchase, or booking.

The forms on the site are intended as a first point of contact. Any next step, timing, collaboration, or fulfilment can arise only after separate confirmation through direct communication with Aural.

A gift voucher is subject to the terms communicated when it is issued.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

A gift voucher is transferable and may be gifted or used by a third person.

A gift voucher is issued for the specific service selected at the time of request or issuance.

Redeeming a voucher requires prior contact and scheduling with Aural.

A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the voucher will be considered used for that appointment.

If a scheduled appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, the appointment may be rescheduled to another date.

Submitting a voucher-related form does not by itself confirm a booking, appointment, purchase, or other concrete arrangement.

The site may only be used in a way that is consistent with the law, these terms, and the intended purpose of the website. You must not:

• submit false, misleading, or unauthorised third-party information
• interfere with the website, forms, email flows, or communication channels
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, code, administration, or connected services
• use the website content in a way that creates a false impression of formal affiliation with Aural
• use the website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or disproportionately disruptive

The texts, website structure, visual elements, the Aural name, the logo, and other published materials belong to Aural or are used with the relevant rights.

Without prior written permission, they may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, displayed, or otherwise used beyond personal and informational use.

The site may include links to external services or platforms, including email, phone, social media, or other third-party tools. Aural is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operation of those third parties.
